10 Minute Workout

When crunched for time, but you still want to get a workout in, you can do a few, quick moves to get toned up & torch some calories. Do these moves in the order they're listed:

10 pushups
30 squats
100 crunches
30 squats
50 jumping jacks
50 lunges
30 squats
